Villa Lagos del Mar #10 is located within the most exclusive residential community of Punta Mita, in the Lagos del Mar subdivision, facing the beautiful Bay of Banderas and the 9th hole fairway of the famous Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. This elegant single level 5 bedroom villa is an architectural master piece by Jose Vigil, and offers open spaces and expansive view. As the owner of this villa, you will have access to private resort amenities of Punta Mita, such as two Jack Nikclaus Signature Golf Course, Tennis Center, Private Beach Clubs, and more. As you enter into this villa, the simple and contemporary architecture offers beautiful sense of tranquility and serenity.

Reglaments:

• 3 nights Minimum stay
• Sleeps: 10 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 15 guest including children.
• Pets are not allowed without written permission.
• 50% deposit and the other 50% 30 days before the arrival date.
• Rates do not include security deposit, tax, food, beverage, and outside vendor changes.
• We request a service charge payment along with the rentalfee of 80 usd per day. Which will be given to the staff at the end of the rent.

All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit. All outside activities and vendors are to be paid upon the providing of those activities services.

We will request 1000 usd for prior expenses, in case you need.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please note that written notice must be received for all cancellations.
• If cancelled up to 31-59 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit in refundable.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival results in no refund of deposit.
