RULES

• Minimum stay 3 nights.
• Total number of overnight guest allowed 10 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 15 guest including children.
• Pets are not allowed without written permission.

TO BOOK

• 50% deposit and the other 50% 30 days before the arrival date.
• Rates do not include security deposit, tax, food, beverage, and outside vendor changes.
• We request a service charge payment along with the rentalfee of 80 usd per day. Which will be given to the staff at the end of the rent.
• All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit.
• All outside activities and vendors are to be paid upon the providing of those activities services.
• We will request 1000 usd for prior expenses, in case you need.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please note that written notice must be received for all cancellations.
• If cancelled up to 31-59 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit in refundable.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival results in no refund of deposit.
