Incentives and Payment Options
Choice of three options:

15% discount off the list price of the lot on an all-cash purchase.
(10% down on reservation / 90% on closing)

10% discount off the list price of the lot on a cash purchase with deferred quarterly payment over one year.
(50% down on closing / 50% to be paid in four deferred quarterly payments)

0% discount off the list price of the lot on a cash purchase with deferred quarterly payments over one year.
(25% down / 75% balance to be paid in four equal deferred quarterly payments)

Early Construction Incentive:

5% discount off the list price if the construction of the residence is completed on or before 30 months after completion of the infrastructure for the La Punta (G2-3) Subdivision (Expected June 2005).

Multiple Purchase Discount:

5% discount off the list price if you purchase more than one home site. This discount will only apply to the purchase of the second or third home site.

These incentives are valid through March 31 st, 2005.
