Classic Mexican design and charm permeate
La Solana Villas de Punta Mita. Floor plans for each of the
planned 57 villas include two master suites with additional
guest rooms, a library and a media room, expansive terraces,
and an infinity pool.
As part of the larger Rosewood La Solana Resort, villa owners
will enjoy Rosewood concierge service, membership in the ocean-side
Spa at La Solana, Rosewood Beach Club and Jack Nicklaus Signature
Golf Course, and access to Rosewood’s acclaimed children’s
programs, restaurants, and shops.
Also enjoying these amenities will be fractional owners of
a cluster of villas forming a private residence club. Plans
call for 15 three and four bedroom homes, each with its own
private beach.
The design and architecture of the 1,500 acre La Solana Resort
is inspired by Mexico’s villages and haciendas, with
picturesque enclaves of houses and shops surrounding a central
plaza. The community ultimately will include three championship
golf courses, an equestrian center, and a marina with its
own village, shops, and recreational options.
“We are thrilled to embark on this endeavor,”
said John Scott, CEO of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. “Punta
Mita is a world-class destination and we are confident that
with Rosewood’s dedication to style, service and luxury,
La Solana will enjoy the unparalleled success Rosewood has
achieved at our other resort in Mexico, Las Ventanas al Paraíso
in Los Cabos and our three Caribbean resorts, Little Dix Bay,
Caneel Bay and Jumby Bay.”
