The electronically gated villa is located on approximately one acre of oceanfront landscaped tropical gardens in a very private guarded gated community 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and very close to the new Four Seasons Resort at Punta de Mita. Villa El Farallon #9 is a new contemporary Mexican beach villa on a bluff overlooking the north shore of the Bay of Banderas blending the best of modern conveniences with accents of traditional Mexico. There is a private beach with access from the house. There are miles of beach and great swimming, snorkeling and surfing in front of the villa. There is a completely private Palapa with built in furniture and phone on the way to the beach. Villa El Farallon #9 has a 45' free form heated pool between the ocean and the house surrounded by stone patios and shaded areas with furniture and a wet bar. The Jacuzzi overlooks the coastline. The pool and Jacuzzi are both tiled with Italian glass tiles. The villa has a very open floor plan but all rooms can be closed with sliding glass walls and are individually air conditioned. All rooms have unobstructed views to the Bay and Puerto Vallarta and the Marietta Islands.
