The villa has project plans allowing for an additional 2 bedrooms to be added, which could turn this 4-bedroom villa into a 6-bedroom villa – either way it is perfect for intimate or extravagant entertaining and only steps away from the luxurious lifestyle that Punta Mita and St. Regis Resort have to offer.
Guests can enjoy a barbecue dinner while enjoying the sounds of the waves or read a good book in next to the pool.
Fold-away glass doors separate the open plan indoor living and dining areas from the covered living and dining areas next to the pool. Guests can relax in the air conditioning inside on comfortable couches and enjoy a meal in the formal dining area, or relax and enjoy a book and meal outside along with a warm breeze. The modern kitchen is just steps away and is fully equipped. There is also a barbecue outside for a meal under the stars and a wet bar for guests who want to enjoy a cocktail during their stay. A mini gym is also available.
There are four bedrooms in the main house, all boasting en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms offer king size beds and ocean views and the remaining bedroom offers with two double beds. There are two additional bedrooms in the guest house, each with a twin bed. These bedrooms are available on request and are ideal for staff.
Punta Mita boasts sandy beaches, postcard-worthy rock formations and low-key vibe for groups of friends and families alike. Guests can take a stroll on the beach or drive down to downtown central Punta Mita to visit the shops and restaurants. There are also several golf courses nearby with tee time on request for an additional fee.
Nestled on the pristine St. Regis cove, between the famous Pacifico Hole #18 green and the St. Regis Sea Breeze Beach Club, this villa was initially designed to be a super four-bedroom residential suite for the adjacent resort. Finished in 2015, this villa is the first of the Pacifico Estates adjacent home sites along the fairway.
